Who Are the Ethics Ambassadors at VillaCarte Group?

In any company, there comes a moment when it’s especially important not just to move forward but to do so together—maintaining respect, support, and trust in one another. For us at VillaCarte Group, that moment is now.

We’ve launched an important project for the entire team: we created a Code of Ethics and selected Ethics Ambassadors—colleagues who help steer us toward a culture of respectful, honest, and professional communication.

Why did we decide to do this?

We’re growing as a team, as a business, and as a community. With every new project and idea, our responsibility for who we are on the inside also grows. The atmosphere we work in every day isn’t just a "bonus"—it’s what makes us stronger and closer to one another.

We wanted to define our shared principles and foundations so that everyone has a reference point: how we communicate, how we resolve conflicts, how we support each other, and how we speak up when it matters. That’s how the VillaCarte Group Code of Ethics came to be—not as a strict set of rules, but as a reminder of who we want to be for one another.

Who are the Ethics Ambassadors?

They’re not "ethics bosses" or enforcers. They’re our colleagues—from different teams, with different backgrounds, but with a shared vision of what the work environment should be: supportive, honest, calm, and respectful.

Ambassadors are people you can approach and simply say: "I’m struggling", "I’m not sure what the right thing to do is", "I need support."

They know how to listen and truly hear. They help de-escalate conflicts and find common ground. They remind us: in our culture, you can be yourself and still be part of the team.

What’s next?

This project isn’t about a one-time document—it’s about the path we’re choosing together. We’ll continue developing the Ambassadors program, sharing stories, discussing tough situations, and learning to talk about important topics honestly yet thoughtfully.

We believe that healthy communication isn’t just "good manners"—it’s the foundation of a strong, mature, and vibrant company. We want everyone at VillaCarte Group to feel this—not in words, but in action.
