Team Time: A Space to Just Be Together

In the endless flow of tasks, deadlines, and work chats, it’s easy to lose sight of something fundamental—the human element. We risk forgetting that behind statuses in trackers, job titles in signatures, and projects in Jira, there are real people with whom we spend a significant part of our lives, sharing successes and overcoming challenges. Recognizing this value, we’re excited to introduce a new initiative at our company—Team Time.

What Team Time is NOT:

This is not another project meeting to discuss KPIs. It’s not a sprint planning session or a standup. No one will ask you to open a report spreadsheet or update your task status. Team Time is fundamentally different.

What IS Team Time?

It’s a deliberately created space and time—to simply be together. No agenda, no mandatory actions, no work topics.

How does it work?

Meetings take place online via Google Meet. Absolutely all employees are invited—regardless of role, work schedule, current mood, or natural sociability. There are no rules requiring you to turn on your camera or actively participate in the conversation. You can talk, just listen, or silently sip your coffee. The only thing that matters is your presence and the feeling of connection.

Where did the idea come from?

Team Time didn’t emerge out of nowhere. It’s a direct response to what we often hear in one-on-one meetings:

"I’d love more casual, non-work conversations."

"Sometimes I miss simple human interaction beyond work topics."

"It’d be great to just chat with colleagues—about nothing in particular, just because."

Team Time is the answer to these needs.

It’s a space for:

• Genuine smiles and laughter.

• Casual, no-pressure conversations.

• Sharing memes and funny life stories.

That simple yet vital sense of connection—knowing you’re part of a team, even if you’re working from another city, region, or country.

Why is this important?

We strongly believe these warm, authentic, human moments are an essential and invaluable part of our shared corporate culture and well-being. They build trust, foster a sense of support and belonging, and—in the long run—contribute just as much to our collective success as any completed project.
