Report by Report: how our construction digests connect with clients

In the world of premium real estate, where every transaction is a significant investment, transparency and trust are paramount. This is especially true when it comes to construction, which often spans considerable periods. For our clients, many of whom are thousands of kilometers from sunny Phuket, it's crucial to feel connected to the process. That's why our monthly construction digests have become an indispensable part of our operations and the foundation of strong client relationships.

What is a Construction Digest?

A construction digest is a comprehensive report detailing the work completed on a project site. We gather up-to-date photos and videos from each development, documenting progress at every stage. From foundation pouring to wall erection and finishing work – future residents see every step of the journey. These digests allow clients to monitor their investment's growth, demonstrate the developer's transparency, and provide peace of mind and confidence throughout the process.

These regular updates not only strengthen client relationships but also optimize our internal operations:

  • Systemized Communication: Instead of numerous fragmented inquiries, we provide a single, comprehensive source of information, making communication more efficient.

  • Demonstration of Professionalism: Regular, high-quality reporting underscores our professionalism and serious approach to every construction phase.

  • Relationship Building: Consistent transparency fosters long-term relationships based on mutual respect and trust.

  • Competitive Advantage: This level of detail and regularity in reporting sets VillaCarte Group apart from other developers, offering clients something more than just square meters.

What goes into our construction digests?

A good report should answer two key questions: "What has been done?" and "How does it look now?" The most crucial element in achieving this is, of course, visualization. Our team regularly prepares high-quality photos and videos from the site – coordinating with the construction crew, deploying drones for aerial views, and, in the case of Layan Green Park, entering each building to capture detailed progress.

We aim to capture three key timeframes: at the beginning, middle, and end of the month. Of course, clients can also monitor progress in real-time; our sites feature 24/7 online cameras that stream live video from the construction area.

If a client needs a textual summary with the latest news, they can always find it on our social media channels or the project's website. For example, the "Construction Progress" section for Layan Verde features weekly photo and video updates with descriptions.

However, these aren't the only ways to stay informed. Every month, our team prepares a detailed report on the previous month's results and sends it directly to clients via email. For instance, the Layan Verde monthly report consists of several sections:

  • Project brief with information on the master plan and the entire construction team.

  • Received construction permits and completed inspections, demonstrating legal transparency.

  • Design department news.

  • Interior design updates.

  • Overall construction progress in percentages and volumes.

  • Description of the project's general appearance with photos from the beginning and end of the month.

  • Description of work by individual buildings with photographs.

  • General site-wide works.

A link to all reports is always available to the resident, stored within their client folder. Additionally, clients can always reach out to their dedicated manager, who will provide any necessary information.

At VillaCarte Group, we believe that construction is not just about erecting buildings; it's about building strong, trusting relationships.
