Learning Our Clients’ Language

VillaCarte’s Thai team started learning our clients' language.

VillaCarte Group is an international company with roots in Thailand and a heart open to the world. Our team is a synergy of cultures, perspectives, and professional experiences. And we are especially proud of our talented and wonderful Thai colleagues, who are an indispensable part of our daily rhythm.

Recently, our Thai employees took the initiative themselves: they wanted to learn Russian to better understand our clients and communicate with colleagues. We were happy to support this idea and launched in-house Russian language courses.

The classes already have an amazing atmosphere: lots of laughter, interesting discoveries, and genuine enthusiasm. They’re learning fast—because their motivation is sincere. And the teacher tailors the course to real work situations, from professional terminology to everyday phrases that are so important for building trust and mutual understanding.

For us, this is more than just a language course. It reflects VillaCarte’s core value: respect for each other’s culture and language. We believe that a truly international team isn’t just a group of employees from different countries, but a living environment where everyone feels they belong and contributes a piece of their own culture, making the overall atmosphere diverse and harmonious.
